Description:
It is used to move around / avoid / confuse the opponent /start a new move. It is the equivalent cartwheel in gymnastics , but remaining distinct as we face all the time the opponent rather than the floor.
Instructions:
- Bring your feet to parallel position
- Place your one hand to the floor
- Lift your body and place both hands to the floor
- Open and keep straight both legs
- Step with one leg following the other and stand up
- Return to ginga position
