Description:
It is used to kick the opponent -spinning kick – doing a 360 rotation.
Instructions:
- Bring your foot to parallel position
- Bring the leg that follows body motion, front
- Swift your body’s weight from back leg to the front
- Turn your body in a circular motion until you can look the opponent again
- Kick in a circular motion and bring kicking leg back
- Return to ginga position
