Description:
It is used in order to kick the opponent -usually in close type of games eg. angola – and is like the scorpion kick in other martial arts. It is executed by kicking backwards, over the head. This kick requires great flexibility.
Instructions:
- From the position of Queda De Rins support your body weight with your one hand on the floor
- Bring your opposite leg above your head and kick.
- Your head and your watch should be at the opponent’s side.
