Description:
The macaco is an acrobatic movement, very similar to a backflip but very close to the ground. It is used to avoid an opponent, move towards or against the opponent – add flow to your jogo.
Instructions:
- Lower your body down into a low crouch and place one hand on the floor directly behind your back.
- Throw your other hand over your body while jumping off with both feet.
- While starting your jump look at the direction you want to move to.
- While passing into a handstand position place your second hand on the floor as well.
- Place both feet on the floor returning in a low crough position and then stand up.
